STEPS TO MAKE IT
Stage 1
Put the egg and sugar in a deep bowl, whip with a mixer or a whisk. Add the yoghurt and mix the egg mixture thoroughly again.
Stage 2
Peel the apples, grate them and add to the dough. It is better to choose a sweet sour variety of apples so that the pancakes taste slightly sour.
Stage 3
Sift the flour and add baking powder to it. Pour it into the bowl with liquid ingredients. Mix the dough thoroughly. It should resemble a very thick cream. Leave the dough for 10 min.
Stage 4
Put the frying pan on medium heat, pour the vegetable oil and heat it well. Fry pancakes for a few minutes each side to golden brown. Put on a plate and serve.

STEPS TO MAKE IT
Stage 1

STEPS TO MAKE IT
Stage 1
Pour the yoghurt into a deep bowl, add salt and sugar, and mix well. Add baking soda and sifted flour. Mix the dough thoroughly to break all lumps. Use a mixer or blender to do this.
Stage 2
Pour 2 table spoons of oil into the dough and mix it again. The dough should resemble a thick cream.
Stage 3
