Tender stewed turkey fillet with sour cream

Ingredients
Turkey fillet | 700 g |
RudTM Sour Cream, 21 % | 500 g |
Flour | 30 g |
Broth | 200 g |
Vegetable oil | 4 tbs |
Onions | 2 |
Garlic cloves | 2 |
Bay leaves | 2 |
Salt | to taste |
Pepper | to taste |
STEPS TO MAKE IT
Step 1
Wash the turkey fillet with warm water, let it dry on a paper towel. Cut it into small pieces. Peel the onions, cut them into half rings.
Step 2
Take a deep heavy-bottomed frying pan. Pour in the vegetable oil and heat it well. Put the turkey and onions, add salt to taste, sauté until golden brown.
Step 3
Pour sour cream into a deep bowl, add flour, a pinch of salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix the sauce and add it to the turkey. Pour a glass of meat or vegetable broth. Add a bay leaf to the pan, cover it with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the finely chopped garlic 5 minutes before the dish is cooked.
Serve with fresh herbs. Turkey fillet with sour cream tastes great with any garnish: mashed potatoes, rice, pasta. Enjoy!
