Broccoli cream soup
BackDESCRIPTION OF THE DISH
Delicate cream soup with broccoli — a French cuisine classic: with a delicate aroma of spices, rich creamy taste and a pleasant homogeneous consistency.
The French like having this soup for dinner, because it is delicious, nutritious and low in calories.
It is worth including this appetising first course in your diet at least several times a week. Thanks to the large amount of fibre, calcium and vitamins contained in broccoli, green cream soup stimulates digestion and boosts the immune system. So it is perfect for anyone who watches their weight and takes care of their own health. Vegetarians, as well as those who fast, can diversify their menu with a light broccoli cream soup.
This healthy soup should be cooked using vegetable or meat broth. The less water, the thicker the dish.
Light cream soup with broccoli and processed cheese
It is possible to garnish ready-made broccoli cream soup with sour cream or chopped greens. To contrast the taste and texture, the dish is sometimes sprinkled with walnuts or crackers. And if you prefer it richer, add fried slices of bacon, boiled meat or slices of goat cheese.
