Rud and its director Petro Rud are once again acknowledged for their significant to charity contributions such as development of social infrastructure, participation in the sports, cultural and educational charity projects and social events for children and adults.
On 25 November 2019, His Eminence Metropolitan Nicodemus of Zhytomyr and Novohrad-Volynskyi awarded the Chairman of the Board of Zhytomyr Butter Plant JSC with the Certificate of Merit of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and presented him the Order of St. Demetrius (Tuptalo).

The ceremony acknowledging all the philanthropists and awarding the most active ones took place as part of the sixth Big Charity Ball held in Zhytomyr on 8 November 2019.

We are pleased that our concern of the society issues has not gone unnoticed. However, those who have chosen to do good for people do not need titles or accolades, as our greatest wish is to make the world a better place and help those who need it.
Awards are just a reminder that we are on the right track and should keep going, because someone is waiting for help, advice or just attention.
