According to the notice in the Information Disclosure System of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine (NSSMC), the company convenes an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on November 11 to address the issue of changing the main activity area according to the Classifier of Economic Activities (NACE).
“Change the main type of economic activity of Zhytomyr Butter Plant PJS from 10.51 Milk Processing, Oil and Cheese Production to 10.52 Ice Cream Production. Type of economic activity 10.51 Milk Processing, Oil and Cheese Production should be defined as non-core,” reads the agenda of the meeting proposed for approval by the company's shareholders.
It means that the company aims to produce ice cream as the main type of finished product. The traditional dairy products are to be produced as an additional activity.
